The Laboratory of Biochemical Food Safety (at Food 2), Laboratory of Bacteriological Food Safety and Laboratory of Food Mycology and Mycotoxin (at Food 1) are shared laboratories between the Institute of Tropical Agriculture and Food Safety (ITAFoS) and the Faculty of Food Science and Technology, UPM. These laboratories are located in the Faculty of Food Science and Technology, UPM.
These laboratories provide proximate analysis, compositional analysis and microbiological assessment and analysis. Listed here are some of the available types of equipment:
