Laboratory of Biochemical Food Safety is one of the laboratories under the governance of the Laboratory of Food Safety and Food Integrity (FOSFI). It is located in the Central Laboratory, ITAFoS, UPM (near the School of Graduate Studies). This Laboratory is headed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Khaizura Mahmud @Ab.Rashid.
Among the research conducted in this laboratory are related to Biochemical and Chemical in Food, as well as Chemical Food Safety.
